She's arrived!

Sienna was born at 9.30pm last night, weighing 5lb 1oz, so a little heavier than expected, which is good. Mum and baby are fine and Dad is over the moon.

Sophie has already text me this morning and we're hoping to see them all this evening.

On the sweep stake front Thomas guessed 5lbs so won the weight and Amy guessed 11pm so won the time. Matthew is a winner all round. So today we have 3 very happy children.

Back later on tonight.

xx

    1. Thank you Catriona. Glad it went as well as it did for her and it was quick at the end as well, although I don't expect it felt like that for Sophie. She's named after Sophie's favourite destination in Italy. Hope you are having a lovely time and the weather has been better for you there than here. It's wet and cold at Number 38. xx

    1. Very precious and she is so tiny it's amazing. The sister of another baby just born was on the ward and she'd brought a doll with her which was bigger than Sienna! A Funny but heart stopping moment was when she dropped the doll. There was a collective gasp around the ward until we all registered it wasn't a baby. xx

    1. Thank you Janice. I was going for Grandma but when Liz handed her to me she said "here's Granny Sue", which sounded nice, so I'm going for that. Liz is a Nana and Sophie's mum is a Grandma. xx

    1. I think mine is on it's way out. The screen keeps going black and it keeps re-booting itself. I cross my fingers every time I use it that it lasts. Don't fancy paying for another one. I only do very basic things on it but they're all singing all dancing now and of course a pretty price to go with it. xx
