Meet Sienna

Another very quick post tonight as we've just got in from visiting Sienna.

And here she is. Our first grandchild. Sienna Maggie. Born last night at  9.28pm weighing 5lb 1oz. Isn't she gorgeous. I think she's a couple of hours old in this photo.
Her blood sugar has been a little low today but the past two tests have been fine. If she gets a hat trick tonight she'll be given the all clear to go home tomorrow.

No doubt we'll be seeing her again over the weekend. Can't wait :)

    1. It is a lovely time for us all. Thomas was so excited to see her and hold her and Sophie was totally chilled out about us passing her around. The other thing that was lovely was the relationship Mark and Liz have meant Matthew got to have his Mum and Dad there together to enjoy it all with him. xx

    1. I don't mind admitting it was hard to let go of her :) There were us 4 plus Matthew's Mum and step dad there so she got passed around quite a bit but slept through it all bless her. They only live a few miles from us and are moving even nearer in the next few weeks so I'm hoping we'll be able to see her quite a lot. xx
